I found McMaster by calling Carrier directly asking for the top servicing companies in my area. I also cross referenced them on other review sites. I asked the scheduler to send their most experienced person – ANTHONY. He was AWESOME. He systematically and thoroughly got to the root of the issue – electrical wiring. A simple fix that required a little time and care to investigate properly. A previous servicing company had an inexperienced technician sent to my house and he was estimating the problem to be several hundred or thousands of dollars to fix.
